How do I place an order?

When you have chosen an item you can select the right size or color and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. The product is now placed in the cart. Note: This does not mean that the article is reserved for you.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we are about to send your order, you will receive another e-mail. You can track your order through your order status by visting “Order Status” or log in through My Account”.

What is the status of my order?

The status of your order can be viewed throughMy Account” or “Order Status“.

How do I cancel an order?

Login using “My Account“. Here you can cancel orders that are not shipped yet. If you do not have an account, please contact us.

What does "Available on backorder mean"?

This means that the item is currently sold out. As soon as your order is in stock, we will ship it to you. Please allow a delivery time of two weeks.


What payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact / Mister Cash, SOFORT Banking Bitcoin and Gift Card.

Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

Your information is absolutely safe with us. All data is transmitted encrypted so that all confidential information is fully protected.

How can I add a discount to my order?

You can enter the discount code when completing your order.

Within what period will an order be delivered?

If the items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you have received an order confirmation.

We ship with PostNL and Kiala / UPS Access Point. When completing the order, you can choose a shipping method.

Return Policy

How can I return or exchange items? How do I get paid?

If you return something, the amount of the returned items is deducted from your account. The return costs of € 3,- will be deducted from the amount of the returned items.

Gift Cards can be used for all products on, unless stated otherwise.
